Return & replacement

Our pet ID tags are custom engraved products, so standard returns and refunds are not available. However, we always want you to be happy with your order.

Free replacement is available if:

  • There is a spelling or engraving error caused by us.
  • The tag is severely damaged in transit (for example, broken or bent on arrival).

In such cases:

  1. Please email us at team.pettag@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Include your order ID and clear photos showing the problem.
  3. After review, we will remake and ship a new tag at no extra cost.

Customer input errors

If the wrong name or phone number was entered during checkout, this is treated as a customer input error and is not eligible for a free replacement. Paid re‑make options may be offered where possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in rare situations such as cancellation from our side or if a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
